Description of the different functionalities and their impact on the other windows/menus of Metis.
+
The '''Cliparts''' sub-menu is where the user can add new cliparts, as well as delete or edit any of the exisiting cliparts that are found in Metis Smart Quotes and Smart Modeling. The cliparts are organized alphabetically in the table below with their file extensions visible.
 +

 +

 +
On the left-hand side of the window, a '''Search''' feature is found. A dropdown list titled '''Clipart''' allows the user to select where they would like to search for the cliparts.
 +

 +
Upon entering only a few characters, the '''Search''' can be launched with the results appearing just below.

After selecting and adding the clipart, the '''Clipart''' window opens with the following columns displayed:
 +
 +
*Clipart: This column displays a miniature of the imported clipart.
 +
*Designation: The name of the clipart is displayed here.
 +
 +
The following five columns define the destination where the user would like to save the clipart to. The user must select at least one checkbox, but can also select multiple checkboxes for multiple destinations:

*Language
 +
*Position
 +
*System

*status
